but horrible customer service I have emailed them and sent messages since December 10 about three vapes that were bad out of two orders I placed, and I still have not gotten a response nor received the replacement vapes I used to not have any problem when I did have an issue with them replacing the vapes but now it’s been almost a month and I still haven’t gotten a response nor a replacement vape. I am very disappointed in them. I have been ordering from them for years every single week and now I am out three vapes which is about $50 that I can’t afford. Hopefully this will make them respond to me.
